I checked out the article and found it interesting that one could learn so much from a tweet. He wrote, "words are reflections of what's going on in people's heads...and detecting problems such as excessive worry or anger is critical to then show when progress has been made." I will look more closely at tweets having read this. I also subscribed to his site. Thanks fo rthe link.
